(SME) Subject matter expert, (QA/QC) Quality Assurance Quality Control for SOCOM, MARSOC, US ARMY, US MARINES, US NAVY & EOD route

Prepares documents for Estimated Cost of Damage (ECoD) & PowerPoint presentations for IED/blast damaged & battle damage vehic les.

Review cost of repairs including estimated labor and parts as a maintenance expenditure limit vs cost of replacement vehicle to see if the

equipment is economically repairable. Prepares and submits all documents for disposal of vehicles that are unable to be econo mically repaired.

Create action plan for repairs of economically repairable battle damaged vehicles assessing accurate Estimated Completion Dat es (ECD) per

SOP which is determined by time for repair, fabrication, welding & procurement of parts which are shipp ed globally.

Responsible for safety within designated mission area along with accident investigations & injury reports.

Research and order all parts needed for vehicles repair including proper documentation of IUID tags and tracking of all parts & labor charged to

vehicle. Prepare supply request and maintain accountability for recoverable items. Maintain the Logistics, Maintenance and Sustainment

Tracking Report Environment (LogMASTRE) system to provide transportation support for route clearance vehicle fleet.

Internally audits entire operation per SOP. Responsible for contract compliance of SOP, Military regulations & government reg ulations through all

business aspects within assigned mission area. Ensures all work orders have accurate labor time and parts expenditures during final inspection.

Responsible for accuracy of parts and property in some cases finding millions of dollars in discre pancies. Never failed a DCMA or DCAA audit.

Performed extensive in-depth rebuilds on IED damaged Route Clearance Vehicles (RCV) which includes the Buffalo A2, Husky MKIII, EOD Jerrv,

Panther/prophet and RG31 variants which resulted in vehicles becoming fully mission capable.

Inspected, repaired,removed, installed and troubleshoot CAT C13 & C7 engines along with Cummings ISL & QSB and Mercedes OM906LA

including complete power pack assemblies configured with fore mentioned engines, robotic arms & deployme nt systems, Fassie arms, Vanair

systems, water diggers, fuel systems, winches, major suspension systems, exhaust & turbo systems, axle components, electric d igital analog

fluid and air driven measuring systems, re-flashing & parameter re-configuration of ECM’s TCM’s BCM’s and Wabco computer systems, bogie

Award was served to each individual on my team for outstanding service to the 595th Sapper Company of the US ARMY from the un it

Commander during their deployment period in Afghanistan, Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). My team was able to keep the 595th's route

clearance vehicles & equipment readiness rating the highest in country for any Route Clearance Package consisting of 18 MRAPS. The result

was the 595th never canceled a mission & no soldiers were injured in any of the vehicles my team built while deployed.

missions without human contact with the unexploded device. Equipment was installed on every rapid response vehicle (JERRV) in theater.

install them, then test and revise the manufacturing process as necessary to get the best possible product to my customer.
