• Managed all operating and strategic functions as Interim Managing Director with
nine direct reports and 700 indirect reports
• Restructured accounting function reducing closing from twenty to eight days with
key process changes and implementation of paperless invoice approval system
• Consolidated financial planning and reporting from two offices (countries) to one
shared service center in Switzerland through improved processes and
implementation of Business Objects for SAP
• Refinanced 10 million CHF of debt at a 50% reduction in interest
• Improved bottom line performance by over 1.1M Euros through restructuring and
a renewed focus on cost savings and efficiencies
