Project Description:

This project is in response to changes in the CA Code of Regulations

pertaining to the validation requirements for Annual Mileage. Annual

mileage of our existing customers will be verify through a questionnaire,

for which if there is no response will allow us to default to a DOI filed and

approved default annual mileage value.

1. Accurate odometer reading will be collected from a CARFAX

2. New annual mileage will be derived based on the readings form Carfax.

3. Survey will be sent to insured stating the estimated annual mileage through

Mail and email by E-business and Foremost respectively.

4. Scantron will collect the survey feedback which contains the customer’s

readings, annual mileage and his reason supporting his readings.

Based on the survey feedback, annual mileage will be applied to APPS

system during renewal or after renewal through temporal in case of late

reply.

Responsibilities:

Involved in analysis, development, testing and documentation during the bug

fixing tasks.
