to Zebra R12 instance.
This project involves in
developing master data conversions, Open Interfaces and transactional data
conversions from MSI to Zebra Oracle R12 instance.

transformation process of Oracle Applications R12 ERP Version. All legacy
application interfacing with Motorola ERP should be pointed to Oracle
Applications R12. This transformation will reduce cost, improve process
performance, and provide the agility required to meet the strategic
objectives of the EMS Supply Chain.
The scope of this project
is to transform the existing Motorola Solutions Supply Chain process and
systems to align to a common standard. Determine best practice processes
and roll out globally. Enable key Supply Chain strategy of "Anything,
Anywhere". Implement a best in class demand planning and S&OP process.
