2014 HR Advisor – In this newly developed interim role, I received extensive training to learn and assimilate to
the Aetna centralized HR model. I was able to quickly learn new policies and procedures. I have successfully
learned to use new technologies and learned to use new tools (AccessHR, e.service, Quickbase, Siebel) in order
to complete tasks to assist legacy Coventry managers so that they could quickly adapt to a new way of doing
things, and see the Aetna self-help model as positive change.
