employment for program participants; Conduct weekly screenings/intakes of
mentally ill/substance abusers for vocational needs; provide client
orientation, education, assessments, case management, counseling services,
and crisis intervention for the dually diagnosed; facilitate weekly job-
readiness groups; make referrals to other service providers; write clinical
reports and maintain records.
INTERNATIONAL TRADE: Familiar with the following aspects of international
trade: Distribution of goods/services; International trade law and
regulations; Business practices/manufacturing; Economic and political
factors effecting monetary exchange/tariffs; International

specifically for the children of WIN participants; Individual/group
counseling; Develop/implement adolescent awareness groups; Teen mother's
groups; Pregnancy counseling and sex education awareness groups; provide
representative payee services; provide group services to dually-diagnosed
population (16+), in the areas of self-assessment/awareness, employment,
and other areas pertinent to the well-being (re-emersion) of the client to
the mainstream community.
