FINAL YEAR PROJECT

TITLE: AC/DC Boost Power Factor Correction Converter with PIC microcontroller

DESCRIPTION: The aim of the project is to improve the power factor of the power

system by using the AC/DC boost converter. This method reduces the input current

harmonic injected to the grid. The boost converter step up the DC bus voltage as required

by the load.
