Summary of qualifications
I have good people skills and am a seasoned maintenance professional. Have
experience managing multiple shifts of crews ranging from 35 to 57 union
and non-union employees. After working at one of the previous company's. I
have increased the up time of the equipment from 90% to 96%. Was involved
in the revamp of our PM program. Planned outages and met with all of the
different department heads to organize the outages. Have been in 6 Sigma
and Lean Manufacturing events at our plant and at our sister plants. My
back ground in electro-mechanical equipment helps me to understand much of
the complexities of modern equipment as well as background in older
equipment re-building. If given a chance I could prove to be a valuable

Make sure that the crews have everything that is needed to do their work

Responsibilities: To act as maintenance supervisor over two 12-hour
maintenance crews. Safety, shift coordination and job direction for the
shift. Answer calls and dispatch craftsmen as needed to cover jobs as
needed to cover throughout the shifts. The parts cribs in the plant had
many deficiencies that were my responsibility to rectify. Such as parts not
where they should be. How many parts on hand and if we still need the parts
any more because of equipment removal.

fellow employee's that they work with. Equipment that they had at this
plant was CNC, Die press, Annealing ovens, Roller conveyors, Paint booths,
Curing ovens, and Palletizes.

Maintenance Advisor 1991-2006
Responsibilities: Advisor over personal for all maintenance repairs and or
replacement of equipment in the two plants. My duties are to make quick and
precise decisions with full credibility. Was responsible for all operations
of the two plants during the off-shifts.
Departments include Scrap Receiving, Newell Scrap Shedder, Blending, WRC
Transfer Conveyor System, Delacquering, Melting, Hazelett Continuous
Caster, and a MECO Three Stand Hot Mill, and a Single Stand Cold Mill, Herr
Voss Slitter Line, a Three Hundred foot a min. Paint Line, TLS Slitter
line. I was the supervisor over the day shifts at the Finishing plant with
22 maintenance personnel. Have been moved to the day shift and because of a
fellow employee being off of work because of a shoulder injury that he
suffered off of the site. Have taken over all of the maintenance purchasing
and stock replenishment also acting as maintenance supervisor. Our stores
have been out of control because lack of the company not having a crib
attendant. Have also taken on the complete reorganizing of inventory in the
company stores so the parts are easier to find.

the equipment back into production in a timely manner. Dukes Industries
revamped old equipment by buying older out dated equipment and we would
rebuild the equipment and bring it up to code and then re-sell the
equipment.
