• 1994 to 1998 STR Environmental Services, Inc. San Diego, CA
o Permitting: Including EIA, Risk Assessment, Recycling Part B Permit and
Operational Permits for a Shop Towel Recycling/Laundry facility.
o Process design, equipment selection, procurement, installation and full scale
operation start-up and commissioning.
o TSD facility design, permitting and full scale operation of a waste transfer and
storage facility in Tijuana, Mexico.
o Environmental management coordination and systems implementation for EH&S
regulatory compliance (EMS comparable to ISO-14000).
Business Development and Process Optimization yield over 300 customers served,
generating $1.8 MM usd/yr on sales.
• 1998 to 2002 Dryer Technology LLC / DTM, SRL de CV Scottsdale, AZ
o Permitting: Including EIA, Risk Assessment, Recycling Part B Permit and
Operational Permits for the first Thermal Processing Facility for Resource Recovery
(Light and Medium Hydrocarbons) and Energy Recycling abroad (located in Tijuana
Mexico)
o Plant Management, environmental programs coordinator, Regulatory liaison with
US and Mexico Government Agencies.
o Supervisor of 50+ employees (4 Managers, 2 Supervisors, 40+ Administration and
Operational Labor)
Dryer Technology was a complete project where I lead a team of engineers to design,
procurement, equipment selection and preparation in a Louisiana shop, preparation for
exporting all major equipment, logistics, and import it into Mexico, facility set-up, installation,
commissioning and start-up, while conducting a permitting process that took 2 years to
complete. A $2.8 MM investment, who served an international market in California and Baja
California of over $15MM annually.
• 2002 to 2007 Inmobiliaria Forte de Mexico (IFM) Tijuana, B.C. Mex,
o IFM was an Engineering & Construction company located in Mexico, dedicated to
housing development projects and industrial facilities restoration and erection.
o While at IFM I design and implement multiple EH&S programs for site safety and
good work practices at a construction sites. Develop and train labors, supervisors
and managers on safety and health related programs.
• 2007 to 2013 Temarry Recycling, Inc. Tecate, CA
Business Development Manager, Plant Manager and General Manager for a Recycling and
Incineration Chemical Processing Facility.
o While developing the US and Mexico market, I developed a network of brokers and
transportation services companies to reach out to over 1000 customers in diverse
industries including: Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Electronics/Electrical, Wood
Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical Industries among others.
o I grew the company 6X fold from 2007 to 2012, expanding from less than 50
customers to over 1250 active customers, and generation income for the company
from $40K/mo to over $250K/mo.
o As Plant Manager, I contribute to the optimization of the Recycling Process through
Distillation, expanding the process from 3 to 5 Distillation Units, and installing the
RTO Unit to recover energy and produce steam to feed the distillation facility,
reducing cost of primary fuel by 80%
o As General Manager, I was in charge of the entire operation, including the
processing plants in Mexico and the US customer based market maintenance and
development of new markets in the West Coast.

focus on the Fuels Market to provide Supplementary Fuel to the Cement Plants of
Southdown Cement. My principal duty was New Markets Manager to increase market
share, growing 2X fold the revenue, reaching over $5MM/yr in net sales.

Treatment System (RO and UF Unit), Air Pollution Control System (Calvert
Quenching/Scrubbing System), Rotary Kiln and Fix Bed RTO (Regenerative
Thermal Oxidizer Unit). Trained at Chicago CWM facility, Combustion Engineering
Facility, Sauget, Ill. Facility and Porth Arthur, TX Facility. PLC training at Allen
Bradley training facility in San Diego, CA.
• Apr 1990 to Oct 1991 Business Development Manager:
o After the operations group dissolution due to a closure of the incineration project, I
was transferred to the Sales team and was appointed to develop the Mexico City
market in 1990. For over year and a half I implement multiple marketing strategies
to develop a new market, conduct regional and national seminars, provide technical
training and participate as lead technical speaker in international, national and
private seminars and forums. Lay the foundation to open a regional sales office
which later become the company corporate Headquarters in Mexico City. I was
transferred to service the core market of the company in Mexicali, generating over
1.5 MM USD on net sales on the territory.
• Oct 1991 to Feb 1993 Environmental Manager:
o After the Business and Sales positions, I was promoted to become the
Environmental/Technical Manager of the Tijuana facility. Responsible for the
compliance of the TSD and Recycling facility, foster company EMS, Training of
HAZMAT Operators, SOP writing and training ensuring compliance with all
applicable regulations, Regulatory Agency liaison.
