CAREER OBJECTIVE:
To work as faculty at a center, where I can use my experience to provide best possible patient care
while continuing my interest in pursuing research.
PROFILE:
Presently working as a senior resident as part of DM course in Department of Endocrinology at
Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India. Course will be
completed by 31 December 2014.
ACEDEMIC WORK:
MD thesis: Clinical profile of acute renal failure in malaria
At present working on:
• Bone mineral density changes in Addison’s disease patient on long term prednisolone
therapy
• RCT on maternal versus infant vitamin D supplementation during lactation period
• Clinical profile of Adrenal histoplasmosis in the Gangetic plains

a Research proposal.
January 2005 to March 2006 Internship: KEM hospital and Seth GS medical college, Bombay,
India. Worked actively in various relief camps during the floods that affected Bombay city in June
2005. Organized camps on basic medical care and hygiene for tribal children in Thalassari,
Maharashtra, India
May 2007 to June 2010 MD in Internal Medicine: Government Medical College and hospital,
Nagpur, India. Member of the hospital infectious diseases team that handled H1N1 cases in Nagpur
city in 2009.
July 2011 to December 2014 DM in Endocrinology: Sanjay Ganghi Post graduate Institute of
Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India. Anticipated graduation in December 2014.
