Various capacities such as, asst engineer, maintenance manager, and chief
engineer looked after plant and equipment maintenance and day to day
administration of engineering department, implementing planned preventive
maintenance schedule, energy- audits, cost effective measures.1-1/2years
as pre opening exposure of star hotel,2.4years project exposure .Completed
one hotel project successfully consisting of 51well appointed luxurious
guest room, a multi cuisine restaurant, a bar and 2 banquet halls. Project
exposure involves M.E.P installations and interior completion of star
hotels..
Qualification:-
A diploma engineer in electrical engineering passed in first class in 1974
batch in Alagappa University-Karaikudi/Tamilnadu./India.
C licence holder issued byTamilnadu electrical licensing board

Technical skill:-
Well versed in plumping design and work execution for a star hotel and
multi storied building, had good exposure in electrical design and work
execution for star hotel and high raised building, installed central air-
conditioning and its allied equipments for star hotel, also installed
laundry equipments, hot water boiler, solar panels, hydro pneumatic systems
for star hotels. Also knowledge in water treatment and sewage treatment
plants erection and commissioning. Fair knowledge in fire fightening
operations and installations. Good exposure in erection and commissioning
of generators up to 1000kva with A.M.F panel etc. possessing technical
skill in energy conservation and thereby
Proved saving of electricity consumption and diesel consumption.
