1990- Life Underwriters Training Certification - Insurance Agent licensed in TN for 25

years- Sales Mgr

2000-2014- Maintain State of Tn building Inspector’s License, ICC certified as

commercial and residential building Inspector, Zoning inspector, Property and

Maintenance and Housing Inspector.

EXPERIENCE-1999-2004- Rutherford County Zoning Official in charge of zoning staff

of three, legal prosecution, reporting to BZA, Planning commission and Future

2004-2012- Codes Inspector completing Substandard housing, property maintenance,

new housing and commercial inspections. Court prosecution and citation writing was

HOBBIES- Golf, Singing, and all Sports activities. CHURCH AFILIATION: Baptist –

Choir, Soloist, Praise Team, and have lead Worship for small Baptist church revivals in
