Rel and machine shop parts procurement. This includes flight hardware, non-

flight hardware, deliverable data and engineering hardware. The department

is the focal point for suppliers in dealing with the product line

Supervised the Catheter Manufacturing Production Department, which

consisted of four separate production lines, and the packaging and shipping

department. The overall department head count was 130-145 assemblers,

leads, and supervisors. The main product was an electro-physiology

catheter designed for insertion into the human body. All phases of the

manufacturing process was subject to FDA regulatory control, and ISO-9001

process control standards. The control of manufacturing process and

insurance of quality standards was implemented via statistical process

control (SPC), Kaizan Quality Circles, and rigid adherence to manufacturing

procedures.
