Personal Statement
I have over 14 years of successful leadership experience with emphasis on customer service and daily
store operations. I also have over 5 of the 14 years of overseeing operations of multiple stores
independently; Planning/ identifying/ communicating and delegating key responsibilities. These
attributes have been shown to be some of my key attributes for a successful leader. I have proven ability
to meet deadlines/ set budgets/ and effectively organize my team to increase productivity. I have an
excellent track record of achieving results/coming under budget and implementing new systems that
contribute substantial profits or that are very cost saving. I am seeking a long term challenging position
where I can bring immediate value and strength while developing my current successful skills even
further do have a gap in employment due to family reasons. I have spent over 5 months in Arizona
helping my father after a major surgery have been back to Las Vegas over a week and excited about
finding a lucrative position in the the Optical Profession.
I have my Nevada State Optical Dispensing license. I am also proficient in many computer programs
and very experienced in many of the Optical insurances.
