Profile
Been working in different Pub and Restaurant for almost 14 years in Ireland, And I have
been working in overseas as well for few years. Base on my experienced I could handle the
tasks as a chef, I will be able to develop and planning menus, cost control, stock control,
organized staff meeting and trained to meet the high standard food service base on HACCP
system. Expert in quality procedures and regulations, making food at reduced cost without
compromising on quality taste and preparing international menu. I have gained food hygiene
and kitchen cleanliness standards through the years and by accomplishing HACCP and
hospitality. I am able to work on my own initiative and prides on being excellent team
