company growth
December 18, 2014
Position i.e. CEO/ General Manager Position

email@.com
Dear Name:
I am pleased to submit my expression of interest regarding the
CEO/General Manager positions for Rocky Mountain Supply company and
Pinnacle Cooperative. My experience includes training, managing, and
delegating work to many types of operational teams, resolving conflicts and
addressing operational performance concerns within many corporate
structures. I am very detail oriented, well organized, and have a proven
history of consistently completing corporate planned tasks ahead of
schedule.
Known as a leader and specialist in establishing close rapport with
customers and employees, I enjoy identifying innovative means and methods
that lead to cost-effective solutions for enhancing company growth, staying
focused and using forward thinking in obtaining solutions. To describe
myself would be to say I am a hands-on team builder and leader with proven
accomplishments encompassing business and perssonel development in diverse
operational settings.
I am confident I can introduce planning and management solutions
resulting in superior results, as my skills and adaptability have proven to
be transferable into almost all industries today. With this being said, the
benchmark for myself is the company's well-being. My experience includes,
but is not limited to start-ups, project management, process controls,
business to business, direct technical computer systems, marketing, master
licensing agreements, and distribution and networking.
My use of budgeting, planning, analysis and implementation of
strategies and systems are designed to achieve the corporate mission and
develop strong associations with customers/vendors, employees and
associates. I am very comfortable, but not complacent, in transactions
within multi-cultural and multi-disciplined environments and establishing
and maintaining productive business associations. As day-today business can
simulate a 'Game of Chess' one must be constantly thinking, analyzing,
planning, evaluating, making smart decisions and acting upon those
decisions, using the available resources at hand.
For years I have established construction and operation project
strategies and driven all types of projects exceeding 100M in value. My
ability to implement plans and drive growth initiatives should prove
beneficial to your company as I have extensive experience leading teams to
execute highly successful operations in any market. I further understand
some of the backbone operations and logistics of the oil-gas industries, as
I have just finished two contracted terms in Alberta, Canada. As the
Project Management Office Manager (PMO) for Shell Chemicals Scotford, I was
responsible for over 448M in capital construction project values; as Chief
Operating Officer of Gabriel Construction group of companies, a full civil
and enviro services group, the combined construction values for all groups
exceeded 691M per year.

As within your very well defined stated competencies for this
position, it is my deepest feelings that my diverse corporate operations
background closely parallels your job description, and would enhance your
corporate growth plans. In working together, we would develop strategies
that would enhance the corporate organization.
It would be a pleasure to further discuss your current needs, future
challenges, issues, and targets, and how I may be able to bring swift
solutions to bear.
Thank you in advance for your consideration and I look forward to
speaking with you.
Respectfully,
Robbie Centeio
