My most recent project oversight was for a new automated stamping press &
conveyor line for Electrolux Cook Tops. Project was very challenging and
demanding of my time. I was responsible for recording all process equipment
downtime issues, minute by minute, and develop the solution to resolve the
issues to eliminate them from reoccurring (Root Cause Analysis). This
required me to be at the presses at all times, which equates to 12 to 14
hours a day, 7 days a week most of the time. Through my efforts the
System's Downtime was reduced significantly.
