PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

PROJECT ENGINEERING

. Development and review project planning and programming.

. Process spares enquiries and submits an appropriate quotation.

. Process spares orders having reviewed the technical and commercial

terms of the order.

. Project manages spares projects to ensure that all requirements are

correct.

. Follow up quotations.

. Prepare recommended spares lists as required.

. Plan the daily work load to ensure all work is actioned promptly.

. Handle and resolve customer complaints in the best interest of the

Company.

. BOQ estimation of Project drawings & Cost estimation of fabrications

drawings.

. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to client and senior

management.

. Provide Engineering calculation for selection & dimensioning of

equipments.

. Provide equipment data sheet.

. Prepare technical specification and selection of rotating & static

equipments.

. Coordination work with other disciplines.

. Preparation of purchase requisition & perform vendor drawings &

document review.

. Preparation of equipment list, data sheet specification, requisition &

technical proposal.

. Read & understand P& IDs.

. Ensure compliance with corporate quality management system and client

quality objectives.

. Review project measurement and cost assessments.

. Review vendor technical specification and perform technical

clarification with vendor.

PLANT MAINTENANCE

. Plan and perform the preventive and periodic maintenance.

. Planning for the spare parts and consumable items, ensuring timely

availability to facilitate production operations.

. Interaction with suppliers for specification detailing, negotiations,

deliveries, erection & commissioning.

1. Identifying sources and detailing of specifications for capital

items.

2. Preparing Capital Item Justification, Capital procurements & expense

monitoring.

3. To make the coordination with production department to make the

machinery downtime to minimum.

Planning to make the minimum mechanical inventory for smooth running of

Plant.

ERECTION FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION

. Erection of equipments, pipelines and machines.

. Dismantling of equipments and steel structures.

. Installation of food processing and other equipments.

. Fabrication and installation of SS and MS pipelines up to 12 inch.

. Fabrication and installation of ammonia lines.( SS TIG argon purging

welding )

. Fabrication and installation of steam, water and air pipelines.(TIG,

ARC)

. Fabrication and erection of platforms and structures (MS & SS).
