Title : Testing ESOM-DM3730 SOM
Role : Building the Build Script and Testing
Platform : Linux kernel – 3.8.0
Description : The ESOM-DM3730 system on module (SOM) is a product of
e-con systems and it is based on Texas Instrument’s family of Applications Processors. In this
project I have building the build script and testing the boot-loader, Linux kernel – 3.8.0, root
file-system, and various peripherals like GPIO pins,LEDs,wifi,Blue-tooth,USB,host,Camera,
audio,video,Touch screen, Ethernet controller, NAND flash and MMC/SD-card on esom-DM370
SOM based test board.
Title : Building an image for ESOM-DM3730 SOM
Role : Building the uboot,uImage and root filesystem using Yocto
Platform : Linux kernel – 3.8.0
Description : The ESOM-DM3730 system on module (SOM) is a product of e-
con systems and it is based on Texas Instrument’s family of Applications Processors. In this
Project I have building the u-boot,uImage,root_filesystem,and modules by using the yocto
tool.Unlike build systems based on shell scripts or makefiles, the Yocto Project automates how
source is fetched from a variety of upstream sources or from local project repositories.

Role : Development and Testing

Description : CAN interface with ESOM-DM3730 board,and enable the
kernel configuration file for CAN support. By using CAN specific application to establish
communication between Robo-Mower and ESOM-DM3730 via CAN interface. This binary
communicate the information send from Android mobile to Robo-Mower through the ESOM-
DM3730 and CAN contorller by using TCP connection.

Description : OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision) is a library of
programming functions mainly aimed at real-time computer vision, developed by Intel
The library is cross-platform. It focuses mainly on real-time image processing. In this project I
have done control the Mouse Pointer by using camera based on colour detection and object
tracking tecchnique by using Open-CV tool .
