Also responsible for sending necessary documents to obtain funding authorization for purchases and
refinance loans. In charge of reviewing title work and resolve issues to clear title work.
I review the final closing documents for accuracy pre-closing and post closing.
Assisted with the marketing for Indiana and Illinois.
2008-2009 RST, Merrillville, Indiana
Title: Account Executive/Closer/Abstractor
Responsible for the recruitment of Mortgage Brokers, Banks, Builders and real Estate Agents. Also in
charge of searching properties for 3 counties in Indiana and retrieving all necessary documents to prepare
title commitments. Obtained funding authorization, shipped closing packages and closed refinance and
purchase loans. Took care of all post closing documents, and cleared all title issues.

Head of the marketing Department, responsible for recruitment of Mortgage Brokers, Realtors and Banks.
Also I was in charge of setting up and putting on seminars to the public for education for purchasing/selling

Was responsible for the recruitment of Mortgage Brokers and Banks. Handled all of the Wells Fargo
Financial Accounts. I also prepared HUD settlement statements, all documents for recording, prepared and
shipped closing packages. Other duties included title clearance, customer service and typing title
commitments.

I was responsible for preparing closing statements. Reviewed, entered, and revised information for title

I worked in the Lawyers Title Insurance office solely for the search department. Was responsible for
retrieving recorded documents, pulling property taxes and preparing documents for recording. Worked for
local law firm answering phones, faxing legal documents and scheduling appointments for the Attorneys.
Was also assigned to work for two local banks helping send out bank statements. Assisted with clearing up
discrepancies for personal and business bank accounts. Also helped with incoming and outgoing wire
transfers.
