MEP SUPERINTENDENT

. Responsible for all contract documentation and scope of work for the

project.

. Responsible for scope of work for each subcontractor.

. Monitor contractor quality of workmanship and ensured compliance with

contract documentation.

. Managed and coordinated with subcontractors to eliminate field conflicts

and ensured proper sequence of construction activities.

. Expedite self-performed and subcontractors work to ensure timely

performance to meet project schedule.

. Assist Scheduler to prepare, monitor and update master schedule.

. Review requests for quotations from MEP subcontractor and review reply

for fairness and accuracy.

projections of construction activity for both cost and schedule.

QUALITY MANAGER

inspection of major equipment received, for compliance with

specifications, procedures and drawings.

. Maintain documentation of all reports and discrepancies required in the

quality control procedures.

specifications and ensure it is stored properly until it is installed.

. Coordinate and direct all outside testing services.

. Coordinate the workflow and activities of multiple contractors in high-

production environment.

. Accurately implement exception reports and production schedule,

generating daily, weekly and monthly production reports.

. Conducted initial walk-through and final inspection on a timely basis.

. Inspect and maintain standing inventory units.

. Accompany building inspectors on compliance inspections.

. Responsible for verifying installation of underground gas and electric

services, as well as coordination of final grade for flood control

inspection.

QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE

. Responsible for welding inspection, daily activity log including walk

downs and pressure test reports.

. Monitor the fabrication, installation of base build and tool hook-up.

. Responsible for analytical testing of high purity systems.
