Location: Aurangabad, Bihar Period: March, 2014 to Present
Responsibilities:
• Completed initial departmental set up for Raw Material in a Green Field Project of Grinding Unit.
• Route survey & mapping, Transporters profile & financial assessment. Supplier visits for quality & quantity
assessment for long term association.
• Sourcing & scheduling of the raw material as per the plan with the suppliers & in-bound logistics arrangement.
• Managing 04 professionals, job allotment, training & development, shift scheduling, performance assessment.
• Processing transporters & suppliers bills and forwarding the same to Accounts Department.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of the rolling plan in line with Production Plan and budget for Raw material.
• Scheduling of the material as per the rolling plan with the suppliers and Central Procurement cell.
• Co- ordination with the Coal Handling agent for the issue of the Linkage DO.
• To arrange for the additional requirement from Open market / E Auction.
• Assistance in preparation of E Auction Estimated price for Approval.
• Completeing E auction formalities and Transportation contract delivery of such Coal to site.
• Co-ordination with Transportaters and Handling agents for proper Road and rail transporation.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Coal MIS, Partywise, Quality Wise and Consumption wise.
Additional Responsibilities during Line II Project:
• Responsible for directing and coordinating personnel to continually achieve a high degree of professional
performance in Stores activities in accordance with Material SOPs and Guidelines.
o Handling issues in GRN & Issue Pass creation on daily basis.
o Monitoring of Timely approval of GRN from User Dept and its entry in SAP.
o Submission of Invoices of approved GRN to accounts.
o Proper and safe Unloading through manual, Forklift, Hydra, Crane, etc. of inward materials.
o Ensure for proper stacking and handling of material & its preservation in stores.
• Timely & economical transportation of the material from city Go-down to plant. Also responsible for transport
arrangement of the Purchase orders released from site.
• Regularization of Project Orders in SAP – Starting from creation of Material Codes with technical specification,
Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order Creation in line with commercial & tax compliance.
• Being a single point contact from Inward to Issue of the material of concerned department.

Responsibilities:
• Directing and coordinating - 5 functional personnel to continually achieve a high degree of professional
performance in Stores activities of Line I & Brown Field Project of Line II.
• Raising RFQs and finalization of Service negotiations, commercial terms & conditions for raw material,
maintenance work orders (fabrication, erection, dismantling, and civil maintenance) for plant & project - Site
scope orders.
• Handling procurement of raw material - Flyash, Gypsum, & Steel for Project, mechanical, electrical &
Instrumentation spares for plant maintenance, IT peripherals, etc.
• Proven track record in immediate purchases during shutdown & breakdown with cost economies.
• Liaisoning with raw material and other suppliers, transporter and departments for the timely delivery.
• Maintaining the quality management system in our department i.e ISO, SA, OHSAS, ISMS.
