I am currently working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for DSA Realty Services. At
DSA I work on the Carter-Mecum Group (DSA’s highest grossing team). We managed DSA’s
b iggest exclusive account which included units all over Manhattan. My work on the team
has allowed me to work closely with property managers in reviewing leases, qualifying
tenants, and organizing t ransitions at the end of a month. I am a member of the Real
Estate Board of New York.
As a teacher and administrator at JM Studios I worked ti relessly to further organize and
enhance the school’s Music Theory and Voice programs. My work involved a great deal of
i nterdepartmental coordination. I also developed new methods to acquire clients and
s tudents for the school.
While a member of the management team at Stellar Restaurant Group, I worked for one of
t heir highest grossing stores in a fast paced environment. My job included a great deal of
data analysis and restaurant organization. As member of the team, I became highly popular
amongst customers as they t rusted and appreciated my dedication to quality service.
I hold a Bachelors degree from the New England Conservatory of Music. My t raining is in
Operatic performance. While at the conservatory I studied French, I talian, German, and
Spanish diction and grammar. I am f luent in Spanish but have a working knowledge of the
other aforementioned languages.
