Over all in charge of all manufacturing/ Production/packaging related
activities.
Managing the Shift Production and Man- Power Management & maintaining Plant
Hygiene

To operate the plant with help of operators, assistants as per the SOP.
Monitoring and control of process and product quality during preparation,
process and final packing.
To co-ordinate with maintenance department in case of any machinery break

for brands viz. Britannia, Tropicana, GSK. Dynamic is leading manufacturers
and Exporters of various dairy products and byproducts fully automatic
PC/PLC control ISO-9001, 2000, 22000 and HACCP certified plant having one
million LPD of milk handling capacity. Installed technical know-how from
Rallied engineering (Finland), Westphalia separators A.G. (FRG) for
manufacturing products like, casein, Lactose, Dairy whitener, Cheese,
Butter, Ghee, WMP, WPC, SMP, and UHT process milk, Fruit juices
It is considered as heart of dairy, here all tasks like reception of raw
milk, standardization and processing of milk takes place.
Processing includes Pasteurization, Separation, Bactofugation,
Clarification etc.
ORACLE 6.0 is used as ERP system for production as well as inventory
management.
Well aware of GMP, GHP, OEE, HACCP & ISO, OSHAS-18001, EMS-14001.
Trained with respect to food & human safety.
Monitor the Goal Performance, OEE, KPI's, 'War on Cost', 'We Will'
projects, communicating the status/progress to the organization.
Ensure 'Standard Costs' are updated and reflect the savings achieved.
Coach and mentor all Partners to drive Continuous Improvement &TPM (Total
Productive Maintenance) process implementation
