Center leader duties consisted of training employees on the escreen drug testing protocols, training new employees in

routine duties required to operate our centers successfully, such as: rapid lab protocols, x-ray equipment protocols,

triaging patients in a timely manner, accessing emergency verses routine visits, administering medications correctly and

timely, including epinephrine, stocking patients rooms, preparing rooms for various procedures, staging rooms for new

patients and the importance of cleanliness in the clinic environment, taking patients chief complaints accurately without

bias and accurately recording patients vitals, ensuring that the patient was as comfortable as possible while they waited for

the MD to enter the room, daily quality assurance on various clinical equipment, I was a crucial lifeline for any associate

who might have a question or need while on the clock or not. I was the first go to person for deescalating patient

complaints and settling problems within the clinic, however if it was out of my scope I would contact the Houston area

director. In addition I trained new employees on ECW software from the check in process, to scanning, and medically

good grasp on eliminating overhead. I was responsible for accounting of moneys paid to facility in lue of copays, I and

have a good grasp on insurance verification and the difference between copays and deductibles. Lastly I was given the
