Nicaragua (44MW – 22 G87 -2.0MW)
o Managed Owner’s Construction Team of 20+ persons in all departments:
EHS,CIVIL,ELECTRICAL,COMMUNITY,QUALITY,FORESTRY
o Executed the successful construction within budget constraints, with no major accidents
o Implemented and Monitored detailed Safety Program, adhering to the highest industry

Supervised all aspects of Wind Farm Construction for the Cerro de Hula Wind Project, Honduras
(102MW – 51 G87 – 2.0MW)

o Executed multiple recovery plans to eliminate project delays and maximize financial

Acted as Interim Plant Manager for owner, assisting with the plant’s hiring and training of O&M team.
