o Project commenced in December of 2013 and is expected to achieve commercial operation

in December of 2014.

Construction of 25 WTG’s

Construction of the Project’s Sub-Station

Construction of a 23Km Interconnecting Transmission thru mountainous terrain

Amplification of the Project’s Interconnecting Sub -station.

Supervised all aspects of Wind Farm Construction for the EOLO de Nicaragua Wind Project,

Nicaragua (44MW – 22 G87 -2.0MW)

o Managed Owner’s Construction Team of 20+ persons in all departments:

EHS,CIVIL,ELECTRICAL,COMMUNITY,QUALITY,FORESTRY

o Executed the successful construction within budget constraints, with no major accidents

o Implemented and Monitored detailed Safety Program, adhering to the highest industry

standards (OSHA,NFPA,NEC,IEEE)

Supervised all aspects of Wind Farm Construction for the Cerro de Hula Wind Project, Honduras

(102MW – 51 G87 – 2.0MW)

o Managed Owner’s Construction Team of 40+ persons

o Completed Project On time, On Budget

o Nearly 1 million contractor man hours with zero Lost Time Accidents

o Executed multiple recovery plans to eliminate project delays and maximize financial

returns.

PLANT MANAGER: EOLO DE NICARAGUA (GME) – RIVAS, NICARAGUA NOV 2012 – NOV 2013

Acted as Interim Plant Manager for owner, assisting with the plant’s hiring and training of O&M team.

Prepared detailed Annual Operating Plan for plant, including all respective department budget allocations.

Prepared plant for OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certification s.

Trained existing Plant Manager in all aspects of Wind Farm OM Management.
