I have worked for my former employer for over 10 years, starting as a data entry/analyst. Among those
years I developed multiple skills and knowledge of software
and office equipment. I am willing to learn new skills,work as a team or individually. I have recently
relocated to the Palm Coast area and would like to be hired in a

Professional Achievements
Microsoft Office; includes all areas of Microsoft office, scheduling meetings thru office,
calender, email, customer service boxes,
using office with an imaging system to fax and store files thru office into our imaging
system.
Report analysis; developed reports for brokers,middle and upper management,our sales reps
and customer services reps using excel and our
data entry system (CSG) and also our accounting system (Great Plains). Another duty of
mine for these reports was to analyze and correct
any discrepancies on these reports.
Power Point; My experience in power point was mainly used to develop advertisement for
our customers. These advertisements were created
every two weeks and needed to be changed each period for which I was responsible for
upon approval from upper management.
Adobe software; Used multiple times daily for creating, filing, emailing, imaging, file
management of many types of reports, statements, financial information,
forms, licenses, among some of the documents. Also used this daily to convert files to the
PDF format and to extract from and enter into other format. (excel,word etc)
Great Plains/Dynamics; Used daily, this was our accounting system. I was responsible for
financial reports for our CFO, along with analyzing these reports,
correcting any discrepancies. My other responsibilities was the bi-weekly check run or
payroll for our brokers and our service reps, which includes creating their statements
and direct deposits and or paper checks. Any of the off cycle checks for the customers, reps
or insurance companies was included in this. One of my main duties was
to make sure these accounts payable and receivables reconciled. With this system I also was
in charge of the collections thru this system which included invoicing, write offs,
collection letters, posting records, and reporting. I also assisted our CFO in any other
projects she needed for the company.
Meeting planning; Working with my supervisor, I would assist in the meetings our
department have. This included taking notes, planning of times and schedules of the
employees
that would be attending, creating/distributing any packets needed, along with on occasion
speaking.
Client relations; Provided customer support for our clients along with vendors. I was in
charge of our customer support email box, along with our vendor support email box.
My duties were to delegate our support to our customer reps along with servicing the
complains and inquiries.
Training and development; Assisted the supervisor in training new hires/employees with the
system, regulations, rules, forms, and anything to improve the performance of the employee.
Assisted/created the training manuals. Filed and reviewed applications, reviews,
performance issues. Assisted management in the purchase/training in the new system the
company
implemented prior to my resignation. (Benefit Point)
Microsoft Excel; Used daily to create reports, reconciliation, data analyst. Thru my
employer I went to classes and refresher course when offered.
Filing and data archiving; On a daily and weekly basis one of my responsibilities was to
keep track and archive multiple files and data used by the company along with retrieval of
the archived data/files.
HIPAA compliance; It was responsibility to be aware and comply with the HIPAA rules and
regulations
and to assist/help the service reps understand and follow the rules and regulations
Supervision; As a senior/team leader it was one of my responsibility to assist the
