June, 2013-2014 Press Room Manager:

Managed high volume manufacturing across 3 shifts. Responsibilities &

accomplishments included:

. Hiring, performance appraisals and individual training and records.

. Process setup and monitoring to quality standards

. Safety Training and Training compliance to meet OSHA standards and

requirements. Lockout/tagout, etc

. Scheduling of Manufacturing runs.

. Implemented min/max levels and FIFO for the press area.

. Implemented process improvements & workflow design improvements which

lead to reduction in hourly burden and Work in Process(WIP)
