Managed high volume manufacturing across 3 shifts. Responsibilities &
accomplishments included:
. Hiring, performance appraisals and individual training and records.
. Process setup and monitoring to quality standards
. Safety Training and Training compliance to meet OSHA standards and

. Scheduling of Manufacturing runs.
. Implemented min/max levels and FIFO for the press area.
