Work Experience:-
Worked with M/s Qi Network Enterprise Pvt Ltd. As an Executive (Purchase &
Logistic) from 30th Oct 2009 to 23rd February 2013. Company working as a
Dealer & Distributor of Servers, Workstations and Networking products for
Computer Systems with Annual Maintenance contract for the same. Company
deals with International suppliers like Sun Microsystems, Radware Ltd and
Enterasys Networks. Major Clients: CMC Ltd, Wipro, ADSL, IBM, Rediff,
Reliance, HCL, CMS, Integrix Silicon and many more government and defense

. Coordination with sales staff for daily working report, next day
action plan, prospective and objectives of visits as per the target
assigned by the Regional Head.
. Coordination with Manufacturing unit, Clients, Vendor and project
execution staff for properly and timely delivery and installation of
the material at sites.
. Pre-purchase Co-ordination - Sharing BoM, Getting Quotes, non-
technical scrutiny, approvals from Project Manager and Design Team,
sharing with Accounts section.
. Making final purchase order after proper negotiation with OEM.
. Post-purchase Co-ordination - PO Release, Delivery co-ordination,
Variation Orders, Import Admin assistance.
. Payments - Delivery confirmation to Finance, payment approvals,
tracking, escalation.
. Vendor Management - Commercial Negotiations, PO / Payment status
tracking, maintaining records, etc.
