Responsibilities
1. Performs actual calibration of instruments used in banana fruit
quality inspection to ensure accuracy of equipment used for
measurements of fruit quality parameters.
1. Performs actual box sampling to ensure that truckloads are randomly
sampled, to check if box weights meet minimum requirements, and to
monitor pulp temperature of banana delivered at pier.

feedback to Grower's representatives and DM PH Inspectors.
5. Inspects and reports any non-compliance practices on the use of
packaging materials of concerned packinghouses.
6. Assists the QAP Supervisors and QAP Manager in the conduct of
observation trials done either at the pier or in the plantations.
7. Reports to Superiors any case of non-implementation of all approved
Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
