Multi Spindle drilling ensures the positional accuracy within 0.3mm.

Reduces the Operation time.

High speed production process is possible.

TITLE: Upgrading CNC machine using Lean manufacturing.

OBJECTIVES:

To reduce the production cost of the product.

To reduce defective rate of the product.

To analyse root cause for the defects.
