Tomra/CBSI, Inc.: Service Repair/Inventory Manager, Responsible
for the Michigan Service Division of a reverse vending manufacturing
company. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Technicians for
Michigan. Coordinate installations and service through out Lower
Michigan. Perform field service when necessary, and technical support
via phone. Maintain contact with store Directors, and their vendors
regarding our equipment. Prepare reports for our corporate office and
the corporate level of the stores that use our equipment. Manage a
warehouse for the receiving and shipping of products. Perform dial-in
diagnostics of machines as needed.
July 2002 to October 2008
Central Advertising Co.: Operations Manager, Plan, schedule, and
monitor progress of the manufacturing of custom signs. Enter orders,
and coordinate material purchasing with the Purchasing Agent. Oversee
the service department, enter time cards, ensure the accuracy of
orders being entered, prepare invoices, and provide PC support
including server maintenance. Also involved in Human Resource
activities, and production efficiency analysis.
December 1998 to November 2001
Reverse Vending Mfg.: Service Manager, Monitor and supervise employees
in a Manufacturing facility. Act as buyer for the company; provide
customer service and tech support to customers and Service Techs.
Attend trade shows to market and sell equipment, and some sales
responsibilities. Assist with quality control. Assembled and repaired
Windows and DOS computers.
May 1997 to December 1998
Wesstar Construction, Inc.: Operator, operated Cleveland Trenchers in
the installation of under drain for road construction jobs. Was also
responsible for operating a Backhoe for digging and backfill purposes.
Front loaders were used in the process for varying tasks including the
use of forks on a Caterpillar IT28 for loading and off loading of
materials, backfilling, and grading. Assisted laborers in the laying
of pipe, placing sod, seed, and mulch. Operated a Hydro seeder for
large seeding jobs.
January 1990 to February 1997
Peckham Vocational Industries: Case Manager, Crossroads Youth
Offender Program, responsibilities were to coordinate services between
Crossroads and Probate Court. Perform formal and informal staffings
with clients, parents, and referral staff. Maintain computerized
records for the participants involved in the program. Write detailed
reports describing progress toward set objectives. Assess the needs of
the youth being served and seek appropriate services.
January 1989 to January 1990
Program Aide, responsibilities included supervising up to 30
adolescents in an educational/vocational day program. Obtaining
baseline information for reports, writing detailed observation notes
on each participant. Provide crisis intervention when needed. Maintain
attendance records and records related to a level system.
June 1988 to December 1988
Community Mental Health/THI: Training and Habilitation Instructor,
responsibilities were implementing written plans for Developmentally
Disabled Adults, assist in training, self-care and pre-vocational
skills. Perform prescribed interventions for participants with
behavioral impairments.

St. Lawrence Hospital: Psychiatric Technician, responsibilities
consisted of monitoring and supervising patients on a mental health
ward, assist patients with daily self-care, provide written and verbal
feedback to the clinical staff. Provide crisis intervention when
necessary.

St. Vincent Home for Children: Child Care Worker, implemented
behavior modification/reality therapy program to adolescents with
emotional impairments in a residential treatment setting. Scheduled
and supervised recreational activities, instructed youth in the areas
of socialization and daily life skills.
