. Overall responsibility for the resolution of all problems and

changes in provisioning accordance with the standard policies of

XO.

. Minimize the impact of problems on the availability of services and

ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.

. Identify the root cause of NB Tickets and assignment of Tickets to

NB Team on Daily basis.

. Follow up the Tickets in order to complete as per SLA.

. Follow up all Hold Tickets once in day if there is any progress or

not and inform to the provisioner for the same on daily basis.

. Responsible for prioritizing the NB Tickets according to CWD to

reduce manual escalation from IPM in the form of e-mail.

. Responsible for providing the RCA of any miss by Provisioner to the

higher management.

. Responsible to make power point presentation on Weekly/Monthly basis

(Assigned Vs Miss for all Provisioner).

. Responsible to give the solution/RCA to the client if we received

any e-mail from client at any point of time.

. Responsible to check Team error Inbox three times in day and

assigned to team three times in a Day.

. Follow up of the errors as per SLA.

. Responsible for over all errors that comes in day should be worked

on same day or there should be valid reason updated in FPN for Hold.

. Responsible for sending daily reports to Client (Sprint) at COB on

daily basis about the status of NB Tickets and errors.
