RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
. To review & generate design issue of PCBA for new products using GC power
place software.
. Thoroughly review the design inputs (Gerber/ODB++, Assembly drawing and
Fabrication drawing).
. DFA Report of issues occurred for new products will be shared to
respective product owner to get customer feedback for the same
. To review the customer feedback of DFA report & suggest recommendation
actions / explain severity of the issue if respective issues can't be
incorporated in PCBA.
. To check for the implementation of suggested action items are
incorporated in next version of PCB Design.
. To conduct the DFA meeting.
. To Create Component layer for given PCB Layout
. To extract XY for NXT machine for Pick and Place purpose
. To extract GENCAD data for X-Ray / 5Dx machine programming.
. To Verify Customer BOM against ODB++/Gerber to list the no mount details
for FBI verification
. To review valor DFA report and track the issues
. To calculate Lead to Hole ratio for PTH component to avoid solder fillet
issue during wave soldering process.
. Monitoring DFA issues during the build execution and report the severity
of the issues to the customer, if the customer not accepting the issues
in pre-build stage and track the same

requirements, obtaining raw material quotes as required, calculating
schedules and cost, and completion of the formal quotation

materials, and labor estimates
. Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-
effective to produce or purchase components
. Compute cost factors and prepares estimates for management use in
planning, manpower availability, equipment utilization, tooling needs and
product cost
. Determine material, machines, labor and process requirements, and use
those to produce customer quotes
. Suggest modifications as appropriate
. Interact with Engineering, Purchasing, Production areas, and others to
obtain and provide information necessary to resolve issues and establish
an accurate estimate

the MFR & MPN are valid and approved templates to be updated into Oracle
through Agile.
. Conducting Weekly NPI meeting with the CFT team to review the progress of
the NPI schedule.
. Defining the process flow and drafting initial PFMEA.
. Product technology transfer from customer.
. Working as Process engineer to run the product in line and to verify the
LCR values with the customer BOM before qualifying the process to run
solder paste PCB and verifying the SMT parameters.
