processes, facility operations, and OSHA workforce safety programs.

Centers and 15 DoD installations.

. Oversaw development & deployment of 2 web-based, project-structured IT

Built and started new $5M high purity chemical manufacturing, laboratory,

and warehousing plant. Hired staff of 15 employees. Prepared and executed

annual operational budget of $3.1M.

contractor support services. Implemented ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and

LEAN manufacturing practices.
