and local officials, as well as other federal government agencies and personnel. My abilities as a planner and organizer
were instrumental in this position. Responsible for design and implementation of Title III HAZARDOUS
MATERIALS training activities for federal, state, and local officials. Acted as a liaison between private industry and
government to ensuring the use of proper and consistent implementation applications of federal statutes. Designed and
implemented table-top and full-field chemical emergency simulation exercises. Responsible for the Accidental Release
