received in the Prism system

customer expectation prior to shipping

Inspected all box trucks, tankers, and railcars to ensure they were properly loaded and

that all modes of transportation carrying hazardous material were placarded with proper

DOT paperwork

During my tenure with KAO I began as an entry level handler, forklift driver, and truck driver. In January

of 1998 I transferred to their new facility in California to help facilitate its startup. I was responsible for

hiring all warehouse staff including drivers, material handlers, and customer service representatives. In

addition, I ensured the new facility passed all safety inspections while maintaining the warehouse

operations and inventory retention on a daily basis. I returned to North Carolina in February of 2001 as a

Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to be closer to my family. In June 2004, I was promoted to Warehouse

Manager.

Davidson Community College – received certifications in AS-400, MS-Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
