MITCHELL IN DEMAND, MOTOR TREND MAGAZINES, BUMPER TO BUMPER MAGAZINES, WRITING LETTERS TO DIFFERENT AUTOMOTIVE PLANTS FOR BULLETINS ON THEIR SPECIFIC VEHICLES KEEPING MYSELF UPDATED AT ALL TIMES. I LOVE TO READ AUTOMOTIVE LITERATURE THAT CONTAINS ARTICLES OF INTEREST ON CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AN RECALLS. OTHER TECHS FIND ME QUITE STRANGE WHEN I APPROACH A VEHICLE AND SAY “HELLO I’M DOCTOR WILLIE, I’M HERE TO EVALUATE YOUR COMPLAINT’. EVEN THOUGH ITS JUST A LITTLE TECH HUMOR, IT’S DONE THE SAME WAY IN REAL LIFE. THE VEHICLE WILL BE SATISFIED AND WE WILL HAVE A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. A SATISFIED CUSTOMER WILL ALWAYS COME BACK, AND EVEN SPREAD THE WORD THAT THEIR VEHICLE WAS SERVICED RIGHT. SATISFIED CUSTOMERS IS WHAT I THRIVE ON. I PUT THEM FIRST BECAUSE THEY ARE THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS.
