Lockheed Martin - Contractor Hours/Week: 40
INSCOM Supervisor: Mr. Ken Latta
Kingstowne, VA 22315 706-***-****
I taught as an Intelligence Instructor for the Army Intelligence and
Security Command (INSCOM). I traveled as part of a mobile training team to
instruct the intelligence analysis/critical thinking course (CTC) to Army
intelligence analysts at military bases worldwide. In addition to providing
instruction, I was responsible for the development of new curriculum for
course enhancement of the CTC blocks of instruction. My course that I
taught provided 3 undergraduate college credits from the American Military
University.
Homeland Security Instructor 01/2013-05/2013
Wake Technical Community College Hrs/Wk. Adjunct
Raleigh, NC Janie Slaughter
Taught a 3-credit homeland security course via Wake Technical Community
College and the TSA Associates Program to teach TSA employees at the
Raleigh Durham International Airport. The course focused on the subject
area of homeland security enterprise, intelligence, and emergency
management functions of the U.S. government. I designed and created my own
homeland security course using a variety of course material and teaching
methods, such as using lectures, demonstrations, and discussion groups to
promote higher student retention. I Informed students about course
requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. I empowered
students to achieve optimum success by providing students with academic
support and advice as needed. I monitored, evaluated, and documented
students' progress through observation, tests, and examinations in theory
and practice.
Senior Counterterrorism Analyst/Instructor 07/2008-06/2010
SAIC - Contractor Hours/Week: 40
FBI - J. Edgar Hoover Bldg./ Supervisor: Mr. Steve Dirito
Liberty Crossing, Virginia 571-***-****
As an intelligence analyst in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
Counterterrorism Division (CTD)/Terrorist Review and Examination Unit
(TREX), I managed and reviewed watchlisting matters to ensure all subjects
of FBI International Terrorism (IT) and Domestic Terrorism (DT)
investigations were appropriately modified or removed from all available
U.S. government watchlists. I coordinated interagency information sharing
on terrorist information with the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) and the
National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) that is used to populate the TSC
Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) and the NCTC consolidated terrorist
database titled the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE). I
served as an intelligence instructor and taught watchlist training courses
for the New Agents Trainee (NAT) classes at the FBI Academy in Quantico,
VA. - I have also served in the FBI Public Access Center Unit (PACU) in
support of the homeland security mission of combating the threat posed by
terrorists, extremist groups, cells, and individuals by monitoring and
identifying threats to the U.S. homeland. I used law enforcement agency and
intelligence operations databases to efficiently analyze and process
terrorist and criminal tips that the public submits via the FBI web-site
and disseminated the information to appropriate federal, state, and
international agencies.
MILITARY WORK EXPERIENCE
J2X Human Intelligence Analyst 2004-Present Drilling
Reservist
U.S. Air Force Reserve Hours/Week: 40/Hrs Varied
MacDill AFB Supervisor: Cpt. John Koubaroulis
Tampa, Florida 425-***-****
Worked as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) in the Air Force
Reserves at Central Command (CENTCOM) intelligence headquarters. As a human
intelligence analyst, I created intelligence study reports analyzing
terrorist threats and capabilities. I tracked high value targets and
monitor insurgent activity. I provided intelligence data and current
intelligence briefings concerning enemy forces, terrorism, and potential
battle areas to coalition officers representing their countries military at
CENTCOM's Coalition Village. I conducted analysis using several avenues of
all-source intelligence ranging from aerial photographs to electronic
monitoring and human observation reports to gather and write my
counterterrorism assessments.
I served in the following temporary duty assignments as a CENTCOM
Reservist:
Program Manager/Intelligence Instructor 2005-2006
U.S. Air Force Hours/Week: 40
RAF Molesworth Supervisor: Thomas O'Bra
Huntingdon, United Kingdom 44-148*-**-****
As the program manager lead for European Command, I headed up intelligence
operations in support of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy. I
supervised intelligence cells that were mobilized around Europe to counter
terrorist activity against the Olympics Venues in Italy. I created an
intelligence watch staff of 20 analysts that collected intelligence and
provided 24 hours operations for the Olympics. I created a two month long
intelligence operations course that I taught my supporting staff to
instruct them on counterterrorism and human intelligence skills needed to
conduct 24 hour intelligence operations for the Olympic Games. During the
games, the watch team utilized various collection platforms to evaluate raw
information and create intelligence assessment reports. I used the
intelligence assessment reports the watch center generated to coordinate
with human intelligence assets and U.S. military liaison officers to
collect HUMINT information and produce further human intelligence
collection requirements. The human assets in turn used our intelligence
assessments to conduct clandestine operations in coordination with joint
forces to include the CIA, FBI, NATO, Italian Government, and Italian
Carabinieri (police). Once the intelligence reports were processed and
corroborated, my intelligence team and I disseminated the reports and
posted them on a classified J2X Winter Olympics web site that I managed.
