R&D Engineering

Performing scale-up operations & conceptualizing various methods to study chemical compounds &

effluents.

Responsible for method development and validation of analytical systems i.e. rigorous testing of the

methods to ensure that they are precise, accurate, reproducible, "fool-proof" and specific to the product

etc.

Writing and reviewing detailed documents explaining about the work and its results, in terms of product

purity and activity; operation of HPTLC & UV instruments & to work on R&D.

Reviewing the development related procedures for ensuring compliance with various standards.

Coordinating the entire development activities including requirement analysis, planning, finalizing

specifications and prototype development.

Troubleshooting all technical problems; conducting various tests & inspections to ensure that products

developed are in compliance with pre-set quality specifications.

Installation & Commissioning

Installing and commissioning of All water Treatment plants as well as conducting tests & inspections to

ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities; planning & effectuating maintenance schedules for

equipments.

Installing and commissioning of spray dryers & evaporators as well as conducting tests & inspections to

ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities; planning & effectuating maintenance schedules for

equipments.

Designing plant layout, making drawing, approving them and carrying out inspection tests for determining

the effectiveness of the plant/equipment.

Sales Engineering
