With over 20 years of experience in facility construction, project management, design and
construction management; I possess a strong ability to identify problems and act upon logical
and practical solutions. My academic and hands-on construction experience has had heavy
emphasis in project control applications, including, scheduling and cost analysis. I am

Job Experience:
I have been self-employed as a Home Inspector and Architect since 2000. I have acted as a
Subcontractor for Heery International and Architectural Interiors on an “as needed” basis. I

designs.

Prepared schedule, conducted project meetings, billing and Administration of files, reviewed
architecturals for compliance, directed interior design.
POAC- Physical Fitness Center for Army Officers. –1999- Tenant fit-out for estimated 4,500
square foot Fitness Center. Provided Design coordination, project schedule, billing and
Administration of files, facilitated communication between Government agencies, performed
drawing reviews for compliance.
CEAC- Cost Economic Analysis Center -1998-1999- Tenant fit-out for estimated 2,500 sf.
Defense Sales Supply Warehouse –1999- Tenant fit-out for estimated 4,000 square feet of retail
office supply space. Evaluated individual needs and provided architectural drawing review and
coordination, furniture procurement, interior design, billing and Administration of files.

Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, Pentagon, Washington D.C. -1998- Managed the field
team and prepared precursory drawings for the generation of construction documents required
(CADD) for base building. Prepared preliminary project schedule. Support of the consolidation
of approximately 900 employees into 200,000 square feet of office space. Scheduled activities
included the full spectrum of pre-design through post construction and relocation activities.
Montgomery County Detention Center –1998- Contract and drawing review, cost estimates and
file administration.
Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington,
D.C.-1998- Assisted in planning for the relocation of the Army’s Bio-Medical Research
Laboratory. Procured pricing for HAZMAT disposal and relocation, Medical equipment de-
installation and re-installation, Medical equipment transport, Scheduling coordination. Provided
Move management formatting for relocation of employees.
Perimeter Security Improvements, General Services Administration, National Capital Region
Washington D.C. –1997- Developed CADD drawings for design and installation of proposed
security improvements to multiple governmental facilities in Washington D.C., including
numerous historical sites.
