New Plant Start up, employee operations began production at the end of April 2007. Direct and implement
modifications to existing facility using contractors and in house staff to start a new powder coating paint
operation. Set equipment, arrange for all necessary process requirements, gas, electrical, process water,
process air. Hire all staff to support start up and production working with local agencies and conducting
on site interviews. Responsible all human resources management, including safety and employee training.
Responsible for all logistics including utilization of outside vendors and company leased trucking. Responsible
for all purchasing and inventory of commodities to support the facility and operations. Manage all production
scheduling, standards, quality control and reporting. Provide effective relations with customers, suppliers and
the local community.
