Duties include but not limited to travel arrangements, new hire set up. I am the Assistant to the President/CEO. I also

assist forty of our staff members. Maintain the President’s calendar. Maintain and update the vacation and sick time for all

departments. Arrange meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting materials as well as board meeting preparation bi-

monthly. Create and update presentations, spreadsheets and databases. Order all office supplies. Order all supplies for the
