Duties: Coordinate for over 630 GSA Fleet Vehicles for McAlester Army
Ammunition Plant. Replace our current vehicles and adding new vehicles to the MCAAP fleet. Maintain
estimates for accidents to GSA Vehicles on and off the installation. Take require digital photographs of
damages and accident scenes. Maintain record of all preventive
maintenance records and coordinate repair work in town with local
vendors and maintain a good working relationship with the employees both on the installation as well as outside
agencies. Knowledgeable with MS Office and software including but not limited
to: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe.
Duties: Operated tractor trailer trucks. Responsible for hauling
explosive ammunition from various destinations on plant and off base as needed. Operated gasoline or diesel
powered vehicles, such as but not limited to: vans, trucks up to 22,000 pounds and load weights of 4 tons or
more. Operated tractors with 1 to 13 gears up to 10 driving
wheels equipped with air brakes. Licensed to operate buses with capacity of 54 passengers from pickup and
drop off points at scheduled
times. Maintain trip logs for records, check vehicles for safety and pre-trip inspections.
Coordinate and escort delegates and other distinguish guest of MCAAP and DAC. Analyze and interpret
requirements for visitors and insure they are met. Make on the spot
changes without interruption to the visitor. Maintain communication with higher command to discuss areas for
improvement with the supervisor and key personnel. Prepare and submit reports through
command to the JMC Protocol Office covering visits by senior officials of executive agencies of the Federal
Government. Provide assistance to the public affairs specialist as required. Coordinate and utilize
motor transportation for transporting senior executives.
