Experience
March 2014- Present - Coastal Sports
Social Media Coordinator/Digital Media Specialist/Media Division: In the media division for Coastal
Sports updating the social media accounts affiliated with Coastal and the other entities is of the utmost
importance. I am in charge of over 8 brand names and their media accounts under the Coastal Sports
name. It provides information about our upcoming events, daily activities and a way to market the brand.
Over my time at Coastal Sports, our followers and connection has risen. Prior to joining Coastal, on
average our sites saw a total of about 350 viewers a week. Under my direction, our digital accounts
average 3,000 viewers and up per week. I was also able to connect us with a few professional sports team
via our social media contact. I am also in charge of Coastal Sports Content. As the Content Coordinator, it
is my job to bring interesting and relevant stories to our web pages and social media sites. This meant
writing articles or finding sports articles that would be interesting to our users. Web page development for
new sports and events is also important as to keep the page fresh for the visitors. I am required to use
Word Press, Microsoft Word, Hoot Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, EZfacility, Constant Contact,
AdRoll, Google Ads, Google and Google Apps.
Summer 2013- Present - St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School
Head Freshman Baseball Coach: As the Head Freshman Baseball Coach, my job is to improve and
develop the Freshman baseball team during preseason and practices. I am also expected to manage the
team during the game and put the players in the best position to succeed. That includes in game strategy,
defensive positioning, and in game adjustments. I directly instruct the outfielders and base running
techniques for the team, while overseeing the entire development of my team and coaching staff. It is also
my duty to coach Junior Varsity and Varsity players during off season work outs. I work closely with
outfielders and the base runners.
Fall 2010-Present Long Horn Live Show/Forever Legends
Co-Host and BCS College Football and NFL Analyst: As a member of the Long Horn Live Radio
program I am responsible for a weekly analysis of the college football and the NFL landscapes and the
every changing rankings of the college football polls, in particular the Bowl Championship Series polls.
My job consists of breaking down individual teams, giving my analysis on which teams were playing well
and depict the ramifications of the weekly parity associated with the college football landscape on a
weekly basis. I am also heavily involved in upcoming film documentaries called Forever Legends “The
Untold Story of Texas high school football and the PVIL (Prairie View Interscholastic League)” through
my work with Long Horn Live. This documentary is scripted by my Co-host and will discuss the hardship
many athletes faced during segregation in the state of Texas.

Director of Gymnastics: As the gym director of Gold Medal Gymnastics, my job requires me to hire
capable coaches and staff members, set up lesson plans for my coaches, manage rotations and stations,
and manage all paper work including balancing the budget for my gym, ordering equipment and supplies,
scheduling meetings with parents and coaches, creating and filling out coaches evaluation forms, and
creating flyers for marketing and announcements. I am also in charge with scheduling days of work for
my coaching staff. While I am in charge of my coaching staff, I am also in charge of evaluating our
gymnasts and determining whether they have progressed enough to move them along to more challenging
classes and or eventually the competition team. Our competition coaches rely heavily on me and my
recreational staff to find the necessary talent to make up their roster.
Winter 2012- Spring 2013- Stony Brook University
Athletic Communications Intern: As an Intern in the Athletic Communications department at Stony
Brook University, my job requires me to help with game day operations including, play by play of
women's basketball and men's baseball, updating in game stats, social media updates about ongoing
games and upcoming events within the Athletic Department, interviews of players and coaches for
website and radio broadcasts, updating the athletic website and its stories and other duties and
assignments asked by Communications Director. I am also required to work on game programs,
advertisements, and individual team programs using Indesign and website statistic adjustments per
athletic team.

Assistant Baseball Coach: As an Assistant Baseball Coach, my job is to improve and develop the
Freshman baseball team during preseason and practices. I am also expected to coach in game and put the
players in the best position to succeed. That includes in game strategy, defensive positioning, and in game
adjustments. I directly instruct the outfielders and base running techniques for the team. It is also my duty
to coach Junior Varsity and Varsity players during off season work outs. I work closely with outfielders
and the base runners. As a first year assistant, our team went 12-3 and won the regular season
championship. We also made the CHSAA Freshman Playoff Championship game.
Fall 2012- Summer 2013- Gold Medal Gymnastics Club
Recreational Class Instructor: As a member of Gold Medal Gymnastics’ coaching staff, I am responsible
for teaching young boys and girls basic gymnastics principles and skills including how to flip, tumble and
compete on events such as the balance beam, vault, floor and uneven bars.

Sports Writer: As a key contributor to Orioles101.com, I was responsible for covering daily reviews of
the Baltimore Orioles Major League Baseball team. This entailed pre and post game analysis, player
profiles and upcoming events including the Major League Draft and Free Agency. Through my written
articles, my analysis of the team was always precise and received great reviews from fans and followers.
2010-2011 Union College WRUC 89.7 fm and UnionTV.
Play by Play Broadcaster for Union College Basketball: As the voice of the Union College basketball
program, my job was to broadcast their games by describing the action on the court as it happened. I also
provided a pregame and post game show that aired both on television and on the radio. As the lead voice,
I provided my listeners with clear and precise action on the court. I was also able to paint a picture
through my commentary for those who are listening on the radio.

Color Analyst: As the color analyst, my job for D3Hoops was to analyze the on floor action and give
insightful opinions as to what was transpiring. It was my job to also keep track of stats for pre and post
game reports we would do at the beginning and end of each game.
2006-2010 Union College WRUC
Sports Talk Radio Host: As a member of the WRUC radio broadcasting crew I brought a new vision and
program to the station. A weekly sports talk show was born. My goal was to update listeners on the world of
professional and collegiate sports as well as to stimulate opinions. My role increased from a show host to a color
commentator (Women’s NCAA Division III Lacrosse Playoffs). I interviewed numerous guests, including ESPN
anchor Jay Harris, WBAL reporter Scott Wykoff, NFL & College Sport Agent Danny Moore and local college athletes.
The show was one of the most heavily advertised. Also, it was the popular show on campus and within the Capital
district.
Athletics
Varsity Division III Intercollegiate Football and Baseball Player. Union College is a national force in Division III
football. Played running back and was the kick returner. Played in NCAA Division III National Championship
Playoffs in 2006. My senior year on the baseball team I was a captain and I finished as a career .300 hitter.
Volunteer Work
ACLD and Kramer Learning Center: Help young children with projects and in class assignments. Helped children read
during group story time.
