. Ten plus years' experience as a Community Manager / Assistant Property

Manager in a homeowners association environment

. Three years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant

. Several years as a Data Entry Operator as well as Receptionist

experience

. Knowledge of principles and practices of record keeping

. Motivated team player, works well with diverse cultures

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Yardi Software Program, Rentgrow

. Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods and equipments

. Knowledgeable in rent calculations

. Utilize active listening to aid in problem resolution in legal

procedures and tenant disputes

. Knowledgeable of Section 8 and Section 42, guidelines, low income tax

credit properties

. Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of

occupancy

. Perform credit check, verify work, credit and salary history

. Collect rental fees, make weekly bank deposits and assist with budget

for operating expenses

. Inspected grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine

necessity of repairs or maintenance

. Investigated complaints, disturbances and violations and resolved

problems following rules and regulations

. Planned, scheduled, and coordinated general maintenance, major

repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for residential

properties

improvement of residential properties

. Maintained records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits

issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability

. Determined and certified the eligibility of prospective tenants,

following government regulations

. Attended Association meeting to take minutes, prepared detailed

budgets and financial reports for properties
