Job Description

As Field Operator ( Drying and loading Operator ) :

Start up,normal,shut down and emergency shut down

On/of dryer machine

Transfer wet product to Auto fidder by conveyor

Setting temperature for heating in dryer machine

Checking, control and record the parameter in drying system

Separation product by cyclon

Sampling product after drying

Transfer product by belt conveyor to storage

Preparing the packaging product

Loading and weighing the product by Vibrating Screen

Sampling product for good product

Packing the product by conveyor for good finishing product

As Field Operator ( Urea mixing and Handling for Urea dissolved ) :

Start up,normal,shut down and emergency shut down

Preparing Urea every one bag 1 ton by forklift

Cheking, control and record the urea before use

Input urea into the tank by hoist crane

Record the urea before mixing

Mixing the urea with Hypochlorite (HCL) 14%, and Hydrazine Hydrate (N2H4H2O)

3 % and 100 %

Transfer the urea mixing to HDCA reactor by centrifugal pump

Mixing the urea with pure water for urea dissolved

Sampling concentration of urea dissolved about 34% until 36%

Transfer the urea dissolved to storage tank by centrifugal pump

Checking, Control and record the urea dissolved storage tank

Loading H2SO4 to storage tank

Checking, control and record the H2SO4 storage tank

As Field Operator ( Ammonia recovery operator ) :

Start up,normal,shut down and emergency shut down

Absorbtion feed from primary process in absorber tower

Separation feed that Ammonia content from primary process in distillation

tower

Compresing ammonia gas by reciprocating compressor first stage with

pressure 3,8 kg/cm2

Checking, control and record the first stage compressor

Compresing ammonia gas by reciprocating compressor second stage with

pressure 14 kg/cm2

Final condensing into anhydrous ammonia

Transfer ammonia 95% to storage tank

Checking, control and record ammonia storage tank

Knowledge :

Familiar with ammonia recovery plant from natural gas or waste gas

Operate and manage process parameter of number unit at the same time,

controlling, flow, temperature, chemistry etc.

Capable Chemical production process as :

Urea CO(NH2)2

Ammonia (NH3),

Chlorine (Cl2),

Hypochlorite (HCL),and Hydrazine Hydrate (N2H4H2O)

Caustic Soda (Na OH)

coal tar distillation plant ). A joint venture between Krakatau Posco and

Dong-Suh Chemical. Producer of Naphthalene, Carbon Black oil, Light Oil

and Benzene Toluene Xylene with raw material from Crude coal tar capacity

78000 MT/year. Located in Ciwandan - Cilegon Banten.

Position as :

January 16 2014 - to present : Plant operator at field

Jobs description

- Start up,normal,shut down and emergency shut down

- Commissioning of coal tar distillation plant

- Separation of Crude Coal tar by Decanter machine

- Storage the refind tar to the tank

- Transfer the refind tar to dehydration process by Centrifugal

pump

- Transfer up stream of dehydration process to Light Oil tank by

centrifugal pump

- Transfer down stream of dehydration process to soft pitch tower

to

Feed next distillation process

- Transfer Light Oil from Tank to ship by centrifugal pump with

capacity 260 m3 / hour

- Transfer Carbon Black Oil from tank to ship by Centrifugal pump

with capacity 300 m3/hour

- Transfer Coal Tar from tank to ship by Centrifugal pump with

capacity 260 m3/hour

- Loading / unloading CBO to truck/lorry

- Blending and mixing to make Carbon Black Oil

- Checking, control equipment at field
