Cavalry Scout

US Army - Fort Benning, GA - February 2012 to August 2014

Responsibilities

My responsibilities as a Cavalry Scout was to be a reconnaissance specialist. Other duties involved with my

job was to provide security for other teams or bases depending on the mission. As a Cavalry Scout from

the beginning of my training I was taught what was expected from me and I excelled in every situation.

Responsibility is a major part of a Cavalry Scout due to the fact that you have to know your positions job to

your supervisors jobs.

Accomplishments

At the age of 20 I was given the title of squad leader. I was sought out to be a great leader due to my

quick thinking but most importantly my quality of listening to what my team has in mind. I have taken care of

equipment that was valued to $20,000 and not one item went missing. I was awarded the Army Commendation

Medal which is one of the highest awards in the military for my great dedication and work ethics.

Skills Used

This job required to be a team player. You were as strong as your weakest but everyone trusted each other

in any given situation. Staying motivated was another big skill that was needed to get through the mission.

Dedication and honor I held for my country and name showed I had true passion to get the job done no matter

the circumstances. My times as a squad leader proved that I can be put in situation and I will listen and come

up with a plan to accomplish the goal at hand.

Food Runner

Angelonis Restuant - Caldwell, NJ - July 2011 to February 2012

Responsibilities

I was in charge of making sure the restaurant was presentable to customers. I maintained my working area

with the safety requirements. I brought out the food to customers and helped out with anything if a waiters'

services were needed. Aside from m job I also took orders when the restaurant was busy.

Skills Used

In a job where customer satisfaction is my number one goal I had respect to everybody. To stay discipline

when handling rude customers was a big thing. Being able to multitask when situations got out of control and

also to keep myself calm and in charge of any problem.
