UNDERWRITER JR / SECONDARY MARKET – SOLD LOANS TO INVESTORS

Sun West Mortgage Company, Cerritos 2009 - Present

Worked in the residential Underwriting department for 2 years and assisted with many Underwriting duties: Cleared Conditions, Analyzed credit packages and Ran DU / LP, familiar with Conventional, VA, and USDA loans.

Processed First time buyer program loans for 5 years: CALHFA (California Housing Finance Authority) and THDA (Tennessee Housing Authority) Loans. Reviewed the file, packaged files for submissions, created a needs list, shipped the packages, main contact between CALHFA / THDA and Mortgage company, followed through until close,
