Mr. Harris has over 36 years in Logistics Management, Project and Program

February 2014-April 2014 (Three Months (Temporary)) . Troy, Michigan

Served as Senior Consultant in to Booz, Allen & Hamilton in restructuring

their corporate marketing strategy in the Department of Defense (Army)

Business center. This effort was called the "Cross Cutting Initiative". I

successfully reintroduced Booz, Allen & Hamilton to the Tank Automotive-

Armament Command (TACOM) community client base. In addition, Mr. Harris

developed "Gantt Charts" and briefing material which was used to market

several new initiative resulting in the potential award of multi-million

dollars contracts in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army

(Acquisition, Logistics and Technology), Army Material Command (AMC), Tank

Automotive-Armament Command (TACOM), and Headquarters Department of the

Army.

Served as Senior Logistics Manager and Liaison Office (LNO) as the liaison

officer for PM, Close Combat Systems (CCS) with operations in three

theaters overseas activities in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait (OND, OEF, and

Kuwait). Complied with broad regulatory guidelines to plan and develop more

specific procedures and guidelines to implement policies that improved

program effectiveness and productivity. Solved the complex and dynamic

challenges of providing LCMC support for the PM by establishing a PSID

within the TACOM-LCMC, ILSC, to meet materiel support requirements domestic

and globally; by utilizing existing LCMC infrastructure and bring together

diversified group of managers, industrial complex, other commands/PMOs,

installations, outside consulting firms, and private industry technicians,

and contractors under a single umbrella. Coordinated all integration

activities of PM, CCS GFE within PEO CS&CSS, PEO GCS and in assisting PM,

CCS identify PSID support requirement within our newly established TACOM-

LCMC, PSID for direct support of the TACOM-LCMC, Alliance Partners.

Coordinated all testing requirements for UMR and Theater support activities

in OIF and OEF for PM, CCS vehicle mounted GFE systems. Developed and

executed the Logistics Planning and Requirements System for all PM, CCS

vehicle mounted Government Furnished Equipment in support of PM CCS (which

includes PdM, IED-Defeat, PdM, Countermines, and PdM, IMS) within the TACOM-

LCMC Community (PEO CS&CSS, PEO GCS, TARDEC, ILSC and ARDEC).

with issues which directly impacted the accomplishment of principal program

goals and objectives. Assisted the PM, IW in achieving Milestone C

decision. Led a Logistics IPT for Performance Based Logistics,

Provisioning, Sustainment, Total Package Fielding, Unit Set Fielding,

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI),

IOC/FOC and Disposal for Current and Developmental Systems produced by
