Summary
Mr. Harris has over 36 years in Logistics Management, Project and Program
Management Experience (Joint Logistics Operation, Integrated Logistics

Served as Senior Consultant in to Booz, Allen & Hamilton in restructuring
their corporate marketing strategy in the Department of Defense (Army)
Business center. This effort was called the "Cross Cutting Initiative". I
successfully reintroduced Booz, Allen & Hamilton to the Tank Automotive-
Armament Command (TACOM) community client base. In addition, Mr. Harris
developed "Gantt Charts" and briefing material which was used to market
several new initiative resulting in the potential award of multi-million
dollars contracts in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army
(Acquisition, Logistics and Technology), Army Material Command (AMC), Tank
Automotive-Armament Command (TACOM), and Headquarters Department of the
Army.

Served as Senior Logistics Manager and Liaison Office (LNO) as the liaison
officer for PM, Close Combat Systems (CCS) with operations in three
theaters overseas activities in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait (OND, OEF, and
Kuwait). Complied with broad regulatory guidelines to plan and develop more
specific procedures and guidelines to implement policies that improved
program effectiveness and productivity. Solved the complex and dynamic
challenges of providing LCMC support for the PM by establishing a PSID
within the TACOM-LCMC, ILSC, to meet materiel support requirements domestic
and globally; by utilizing existing LCMC infrastructure and bring together
diversified group of managers, industrial complex, other commands/PMOs,
